We don't have a Nairobi office. Delivery runs remotely from our global team, with on-site visits for key milestones and local partners where needed. Every enquiry gets a reply within 6 hours. ### Do Kenyan rules require data to stay in Kenya? For some public-interest processing, yes. Kenya's data protection regulations require certain categories of processing to happen in Kenya, so we default to in-country or on-premises hosting for those workloads. ### Can agents work in Swahili? Yes. We build and test agents in English and Swahili using your own customer conversations.
